BCI, has an annual capacity of manufacturing and exporting 1.50 million Big Bags / FIBC / Bulk Bags / Jumbo Bags and about 8.5 million PP Woven Bags.

Backed by a solid infrastructure to meet this capacity, BCI efficiently runs the manufacturing operations at multiple locations in India. Well spaced and well laid out factories located at key locations give BCI a distinct advantage in terms of turnaround time efficiencies for order execution.

The manufacturing facilities comprise of multiple lines for the processes of extrusion, weaving, liner, lamination, printing, cutting & stitching and bag finishing. End-to-end manufacturing  processes are carried out on machines backed by an effective support & maintenance charter to produce high quality Bags.
